Carolina Kids Clothes Rack Project

On June 18th, a group of citizens came together to build clothes racks for Carolina Kids, a local charity that gives clothes and food to needy school kids.  The racks will allow Carolina Kids volunteers to hang up the donated clothes rather than pile them up on tables.  The hanging clothes are better organized and it makes it easier for the volunteers to find the right garment.  The project was funded by First Presbyterian Church of Hartsville and St Luke's Methodist Church.  On June 20th the youth from both churches painted the clothes racks.
