Angel Tree adoptions and Food Basket programs are now underway!

FPC’s Angel Tree adoptions and Food Basket recommendations are now underway.

Food Baskets

The families who will receive food baskets are defined by the Hartsville school system, Butler Academy and by you as church members. If you would like to recommend an individual or family for a food basket, please complete a Christmas basket request form by Friday, NOVEMBER 19th. Forms are available in the narthex and on our church website.

Angel Tree

Please choose an angel/angels from our online Angel Tree to purchase clothing and a gift for Hartsville children identified by the school district and Butler Academy. You may

either adopt a child(ren) or donate money to help purchase gifts for them. You may also partner with another person. We will be handling the adoptions the same way as last year. You may sign up and select your child on our church’s website. You will then receive a follow-up email with the child’s clothing and gift requests. Adoptions will be taking place through Sunday, November 28th.

Wrapped gifts should be placed in a plastic garbage bag and labeled with the child’s name and number. Please deliver the gifts to the church office no later than Monday, December 6th.

Basket Assembly

We currently plan to assemble the baskets as a group on Saturday, December 11th at 9am. Please join us! We will watch our local covid cases and alert you if we need to change how we assemble the baskets to ensure everyone’s safety.

Families will pick up their baskets from 12-2pm on December 11th. Thank you for showing your love to our brothers and sisters in Christ!
